I have had an awesome day today. It was 8.30am when I left home & 6pm when I arrived back here & I definitely don’t need any dinner this evening. I’ve had a fabulous day with 3 lovely friends, one of them newly minted 😁. We stopped first in Beechworth for coffee & some had cake & I could have had a savoury scone but was still full from brekky so I didn’t. Left Beechworth & drove on to Myrtleford & a visit to Red Ramia, an amazing shop full of all sorts of things you just didn’t know you needed! I even found a rug for my lounge that I loved, but not just before Christmas! After leaving Myrtleford we heading to Bright & it was nearly 1pm by the time we got there. We sat outside at a cafe near the river for lunch, there were lots of young people enjoying the water. After eating & chatting & laughing we spent the next hour or so wandering round town, checking out different shops, buying a few bits & pieces & generally just enjoying ourselves. Ice cream 🍦 was had of course before went back to the car for the drive home.
