Nothing is automatic, so if I concentrate on anything, I forget autonomic shit, like breathing.

Then after a minute I have to stop whatever it is, I've built up an oxygen debt. If I go too long, I fear I may, like a really big croc, build up such a debt that I expire before I can pay it down

OTOH I got a high energy take of Locomotive Breath, some overlap with irony there 😜
