Some of the best movies ever made were by Rob Reiner. They made us laugh and think: The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, A Few Good Men. And he was a force on screen as well in All in the Family and so many films.

What a tragic loss. Words fail with news like this.

@georgetakei So true! Many may not instantly recognise his name, but his films are etched into our culture forever, and each is a masterclass in storytelling. Such a devastating loss, and under such heartbreaking circumstances. A true legend gone too soon.

I was a fan of his & his work my entire life.
He was an absolute gem of a human being & he will be missed forever. The world was a better place because he was in it.
