@trib How do you go with the fireplace. We took it out of ours because I don't trust city folk to not do something dumb and cause a liability problem..... Am I being overly cautious?

@phs @trib last place we rented, there was a remnant fireplace but if you looked from the outside, no chimney. And no flue, obviously. Alas there was the painted-over evidence of scorch marks up the wall, from a previous tenant who’d found out the hard way
