Dear Internet,

when do I get glasses that automatically adapt to the distance?

I don't want progressive lenses, I want glasses that magnify on short distances all by itself and switch back to normal when I climb on my bike.

At least 10 years ago they were announced as "pretty soon". It's getting urgent on my side now.

@masek don't understand why most of my lens' is not ground to the prescription anyone with neck issues would love glasses where you don't need to turn your head to look up, down or out of the corner of your eye ie sweet spot is actually the entire lens
