I wish people would quit hunting demons just for the cores. Put the rest of the demon to use:

Demon leather is long lasting and a bold fashion statement.

While demon bits are considered inedible by certain people, it adds a certain je ne sais qois to sausages and pates....Cursed, yet appealing.
For a milder flavor soak in a combination of holy water brine and buttermilk for up to 24 hours.

Any demon remnants you have left over can be used to heat up your compost pile.
