I assume "cultural identity" are people they consider white, which is an ever moving target for Nazis.
National conservative tries to work within the bounds of democracy, and Nazis are generally violent authoritarians.
The Nazis came from a twisting of National Conservatism with far right ideologies.
@milagemayvary yes Nazis and Nat-Cs are essentially the same thing, that is somewhat ‘the joke’ (in so much as any of this is funny), but you seem to have read my or @dgar 's post backwards somewhere.
