@the_etrain you know... i started to say it belongs on hot dogs but while I was typing I talked myself out of it. Hot dogs only really need mustard.

Duckbilled Plattypus.Mustard is overrated. Yup, I said it. It does belong on potato chips, fish, and chicken. Perhaps ham. With honey or brown sugar. Maybe hamburgers. Egg salad.
Ketchup on everything else! Scrambled eggs. In Russian dressing. Even a Chicago apostasy, ketchup on hot dogs! No mustard just a nice even line of ketchup. In my 20s in Chicago, I used to eat a nice boiled hot dog for breakfast from a Greek run Mexican fastfood place next door to the warehouse near Maxwell Street. They never batted an eye about the request for a hotdog for breakfast, but the ketchup made them nuts.
