☆ All my thoughts have today been on Finnish history. Independence is not a given, especially when we live next to a big power-hungry neighbor.
We have been lucky, co-operative and tenacious (suomalainen sisu) in creating democracy and a welfare society in our beautiful country.
I would wish the same for the whole world. Without peace, it cannot be built. ☆
