Oleksii@thelinuxEXP Since Valve supports #Waidroid, I am more enthusiastic to deal with android apps for Linux mobile. I hope that in the future we will have more high-level abstract languages and frameworks for native Linux development.
Sjoerd Stendahl@thelinuxEXP Apropos the 11% number. I think the relevant requirement to count something as Linux is the simple question, does it run Linux application. Like can I target an application for ChromeOS, and have it work on Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch etc..?
It's not really relevant that people don't conciously chose Linux or contribute, that's also true for Windows. But if applications aren't even inter-compatible, then for all intends and purposes it might as well be another OS.
