No spoilers ahead:
Until I saw it was a game jam submission I thought it'd take me some sizable fraction of DOSember, that's on me though ๐ And I beat it! Mostly without the hint guide! And I enjoyed it! Getting anything right at all was like diving into a plunge pool โ ๐โ sweet, sweet validation.
I played in the browser; hitting the Escape key is a way to release the trapped mouse *and* a way to exit the game in DOSBox, so I had to restart a couple times. But the third time I collected the clues in color order, so, let me know whatever I've won for doing that ๐
I was too stubborn to take notes, but was able to progress without them quite far, which made me feel like a big boy. When I got stuck I went to your hint page. There was one identity that really stumped me, I think I know what I overlooked in hindsight though.
@robotspacer It's a fun little game, they use ALL SIXTEEN EGA colors and the character art's expressive. I like this universe. It feels as though someone made a Saturday morning cartoon based on Deadline
