Been looking forward to tonight's show for ages and it was everything I hoped for.

I'm still a relatively new Mountain Goats fan (saw them in '23, John D. solo in '24, and the whole herd again tonight), and a thing that's kind of neat is that their catalogue is approximately three million songs so each time I go to a show I'm guaranteed to be introduced to a bunch of terrific new-to-me stuff. 🏔️🐐🐐🎸

No joke though the show started at 8:00 and I didn't hear a song I recognized until 8:42. It was great!

@cold aw shoot, catch 'em next time if you can. I only knew their two big famous songs when I went to see them play at the zoo in 2023 and I was ENCHANTED.
