It's going to be on one of those episodes when Kevin goes back years later, to see if they eventually managed to finish it, after running out of money in the first episode.

There will be a community working bees, deaths in the family (and the associated inheritances that still don't manage to fund the project), heroic excavations, "unexpected flooding", and surprises when transporting building materials by barge turns out to be horrendously expensive.
