Start of the project.

I'm making a top down sweater with a European shoulder.

Doing just stripes didn't blend / fade nicely enough so I'm adding a bit of texture at the color changes to blur it further. I think that works nicely.

Now on to write down some notes or I will forget what I've done so far ...

That's a construction that shifts the shoulder line to the back of the sweater / cardigan. It can be done with an exaggerated decrease line. I've seen it called fully fashioned or English shoulder as well.

I didn't do the visible line. Instead of the increases I make short rows, but the principle is the same.
