Another flagrant example of Trump apparatchiks ignoring a federal court's explicit order and doing what the judge told them not to do.

At what point will judges start, you know, doing something about this repeated lawbreaking?

College freshman deported flying home for Thanksgiving surprise

A college freshman trying to fly from Boston to Texas to surprise her family for Thanksgiving was deported to Honduras in violation of a court order. That's according to an attorney for Any Lucia Lopez Belloza, a 19-year-old at Babson College. She was detained by immigration officials at Boston Logan International Airport on November 20. A federal judge issued an emergency order the day after her arrest prohibiting the government from removing her from Massachusetts for 72 hours. However, within two days, she was sent to Texas and then Honduras. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says an immigration judge ordered Lopez Belloza deported in 2015. But her attorney says she wasn’t aware of any removal order.

@dangillmor the same time that the 'opposition' officials start doing something about officials committing war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Which is to say: never or 5 minutes after the Gestapo execute them for 'treason,' whichever comes last.

@dangillmor justice suffers from very selective blindness
@dangillmor AND at what point will Congress acting like they represent WE THE PEOPLE? They are all complicit!

When are people - including judges - going to realize that "rule of law" doesn't have the same meaning to Trump's Crime Family and that simply ordering them (not) to do something will have no effect at all? This is what impunity (and immunity) looks like. If we want them to stop, we must MAKE them stop. Neither logic nor persuasion will work, malignant selishness is immune to both; the belt is required.
