@sandlapper37 Agree. And the same for Israel. Give the Palestinian State back their land in Gaza.

@bouriquet @sandlapper37

I agree with you, but also want to say this: it hurts Palestine's cause when a "save Palestine!" discussion is turned to partially talk about Ukraine. And it hurts Ukraine's cause to turn the discussion from Ukraine to Palestine.

It's important to make noise of both genocides!

(Though, it's also important to show how those two are indeed largely the same phenomenon!)

@sandlapper37 still haven't heard an explanation of why Ukraine should give up land to Russia in exchange for peace, after they *already did that* with Crimea and got re-invaded anyway.

@sandlapper37

@bonaventuresoft

They're not just being asked to give up land, they're being asked to surrender the people who live on it, to the control of a cruel despot.

A betrayal of the residents for which they have no authority.

And certainly Trump does not, nor even the entire USA.

@sandlapper37
European politicians are selling us out.
The faith of Ukraine is linked to ours and our 'leaders' are walking on the leashe of Trump instead of developing a strong European defense that takes shit from nobody. 😞

@sandlapper37 The last time some foreign would-be conqueror tried to get Ukranians to surrender, they were treated to a hilarious, and contemptuous response. Here's a video of Matt Berry and Peter Capaldi reading those letters. (Strong language.)
