Luckily it's not a thousand.

Is #Mozilla Ai safe? I wouldn't even dare ask about google/chrome engine with a straight face, MS is learning from them, but in the false pretense of #FOSS people think corporate sw is safe and respecting users.
There is #FOSS telemetry, #FOSS attaching UUIDs in every little thing you do, #FOSS ipv6 unique ip ...

Beware of some #GrEEKS bringing presents .. in the name of anti-MS ..

@Tutanota

@iriyan @Tutanota well if you are using an external Chatbot embedded in Firefox, such as ChatGPT then clearly a lot of your PI is flowing out them. At the moment, however by default no 'partner' LLM is specified and you can also go into about:config and explicitly disallow AI related features.
Similarly you are exposing yourself if you are using a seach engine with AI, such as Google or DDG unless you turn off the AI features (which you still can do). There are some search engines that avoid AI entirely.
Firefox's language translation AI is run locally and should be safe enough.

I use librewolf not vanilla ff and no Ai
I try to use searx but it is flaky and some nodes are just flooded by unrelated ad hits instead of results, startpage seems to work well, afaik no Ai or tracking by startpage
