Booted MacOS 8.1 on Snow!

The absolutely cursed setup required currently is a IIcx with the Display Card 8-24, identifying as an SE/30 (8.1 won't boot on the IIcx), with the BMOW ROMinator II ROM (which is based on the IIsi), some RAM configuration related hacks and my still experimental SCSI controller changes.
