An autopsy report seen by Newsweek showed Ge was found tied with a bedsheet, with linens around his wrists and ankles in what the report described as a "hog-tied" position. The medical examiner noted that there had been other reported incidents of people who had hung themselves having done something similar, and that there were no obvious defense wounds.

What the fuck?! People do not hogtie themselves and then hang by the neck. That's fucking bullshit. ICE murdered him.

The fact that there had been "other reported incidents" needs to be looked into immediately btw!

@broadwaybabyto absolute tragedy. Horrible. I had a horrible feeling that these things are going on, especially with officials denying Catholic mass to detainees (a literal 1st amendment right and in general humanitarian need to want to practice your faith).

Chaofeng Ge was not “found dead” he was murdered. Murdered is the common sense word to use if someone who has been hogtied is found dead. He didn’t miraculously manage to hang himself while hogtied as the reporting suggests: he was murdered.
It’s a remarkable accomplishment to write an article reporting those facts and somehow leave the impression that he wasn’t murdered.
