Should have called it a Stroopwafer 🤭
@fj You should see the monocrystalline stroopingots these are cut from!

@wcbdata @fj

They should make them extra crunchy and change the label to "ASMR".

@fj Best to overclock them as they taste better warm.

Stroopwafel - Wikipedia

@the_wub @fj
Just becareful, you might get a primary bootstroop error
@androcat @fj Or if it gets too hot you could end up with sagfaults.
@fj They're the same word in Dutch! Wafel can means both waffle and wafer.
@fj They are so incredible when they are freshly made
@fj Well wafel is Dutch for wafer. So maybe they could have called it "sirup wafer".

@casandro @fj

The pattern is that someone from a different culture will appropriate yours and then tell you that you are doing it wrong.

@fj Huh, that's kind of weird packaging for food. That bag looks like it should hold socks or something lol
@fj ^^ Your interests aligned, @notjustbikes
@ednl neat! I agree it should've been called "stroopwafer" :)
@fj Why are chips salty, if they are made of sweet wafels?
@fj
It's an ai image unfortunately. Check the hand
@thibaultmol @fj I think this is just an edited image & they did a bad job in the hand. There are no "AI" goop artefacts, but there are patterns on the concrete that look like something a "heal" tool usually causes.
@jackemled @thibaultmol @fj not sure what you’re referring to, it all looks perfectly normal to me?
@cinebox @thibaultmol @fj It seems like the palm is twice as long as it should be.
@fj omg where do they have these
@fj every year I hope Sinterklaas will bring me an ASML EUV twin scan Lego set. https://asmlstore.com/collections/ready-to-ship/products/twinscan-nxe-3400c-lego-set
@th @fj I love the Lego e-stop button
@fj Stroopwafensmokkel
@fj it's the same word, linguistically.

@fj (num-num!)

Lidl often have stroopwafels in UK.
