I was on Twitter for years and never had this - real conversations in the comments, thoughtful discussions, people actually sharing posts because they resonate.

It feels like the web I’ve been missing: slower, kinder, more intentional. No algorithms, no shouting into the void… just people connecting because they want to.

Doing social media in the Fediverse gave something back to me that corporate SoMe took away a long while ago.

I thought it to be lost, but luckily it wasn't.
