We have a couple of new folks join, so we start with some history.

Then. we talk about #education vs #skillshare and how best to serve the #ccmusic community.

had a thought about the #ccmusic vs #netnativemusic discussion and I realized that creative commons music is different than Creative Commons music.

I'm not sure that really removes the need for Net Native Music as a term. There's also "commons music" or "music of the commons" I guess #musicotc is not a terrible tag.

One thing about #ccmusic is it also doesn't include PD music. I mean, it sort of does with the PD mark, but it's PD with or without mark.

One thing that came up in the discussion which was explained i think but folks might be interested in follow-up: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Really_Really_Free_Market

Related concept though I dont think we really want to lean into the education at this level (though perhaps i am wrong): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-managed_social_center#Free_schools
