Update: I made it (deplaning the first flight was shockingly fast) with time to grab a premade wrap on the way to the plane!
Also: I hadn't been to SFO in nearly a decade, and wow the United terminal is way nicer than I remember
Apparently I also lucked out with a really delicious quinoa, squash, and red pepper hummus wrap
Off to ASE!
Omg it's been just over a decade since my last 12 hour flight (also SFO to Incheon, when I was at Samsung) and I think I might be getting old
