Steve GisselbrechtI invented a buffer to replace PBS (Phosphate-Buffered Saline) in some DNA-binding experiments and my labmates started calling it SB (Steve's Buffer) but I insisted that since I invented it I get to name it and it's now published as EN (Ersatz Nucleoplasm).
