On #ThisDayInHistory in 1974, workers from the #KerrMcGee nuclear plant entered the flat of #KarenSilkwood and seized all of her belongings, including furniture. Silkwood was a #union activist and #whistleblower about safety issues at the plant. She was killed a few days later.
