David and James Hamilton's Grand Processional connecting Glasgow Cathedral (top right) to the Necropolis. Built in the 1830s, for many Glaswegians it marked the final journey from the city of the living across Bridge of Sighs over the Moledinar Ravine to the city of the dead.
