#askfedi cuz google isn't giving me anything

in the netherlands, there are some radio stations (e.g. 538 and Qmusic) that have video feeds which play music videos in sync with the station, cutting to the studio whenever the presenters talk. do other countries do this too?
went down the rabbit hole myself: RTL2 and fun radio in france also do this

of course, there are TV feeds of radio stations all over the world, but not all of them play music videos. i find it interesting that the tech exists to seamlessly sync them up with the radio
@ericjames is the radio version actually a separate playout? for me it would make more sense if they were just grabbing the audio part of the feed
@zaki it is, but the TV playout probably detects what song is playing and pulls the music video from a drive and syncs it
