ShetaniI was going to throw some brown bananas into a smoothie and hope for the best, but my friend suggested I make banana bread. Not bad for a first attempt, I'd say! I don't own a proper bread tin, hence the cake shape. Of course, I had to dress it up for the season just a tad.
