There are some cases when you don't have much of a choice. Last time I wanted to buy a phone I wanted one that would fit in my pocket. So I went to a mobile phone shop, found one that would fit it my pocket by actually trying it out, and then tried to buy it.

But they wouldn't sell it to me. They only sold subscriptions, not phones, and I already had a SIM, so I had no need of a subscription.

So I bought one online.
