I never really got into Horror Punk other than the Misfits (I was a teen punk, so they were a requirement).
Having said that, this is my favorite horror punk song, and it also was my first-ever Bandcamp purchase 15 years and 1 day ago.

I got to see a modern iteration of Goblin perform the soundtrack live while the film played at the Hollywood Theater in Portland a number of years ago, it was pretty killer.
