@georgetakei if it was "eliminated", then that means thete was herd immunity and it was reintroduced by some other means, most likely foreigners, and if that's the case, THEY should've been treated before entering the country. There's other theoris about how it may have been reintroduced, but that's going down some rabbit holes...
