People will say things like "it's selfish to not want to have kids!" and then immediately follow it up with "Who is going to take care of you when you get old?" as if they don’t know what the word selfish means.

Although since I consumed all my savings recovering from long-term illness, I might turn it back around on them: "But could you not have afforded the best professional care with all the money you've spent on your kids?" 🤔
