@darrenfower that is a shock. Here in Cheltenham UK we’re building as many ‘affordable’ houses as the planning rules will enable but I have little faith that the other types of affordable apart from social truly are. And social is a safety-net only now for people really down on their luck. So not really for a young person out of college starting a new job… or a young couple starting a family… that would be good! #socialHouslngForTheYoung #GenerationRent
