one reason the Bootstrap design framework is so good is because it was built with the most basic accessibility from the get go. as far as i remember (when it was called Twitter Bootstrap), it was meant to work for nerds with poor vision ―most specifically asthigmatism― looking into tiny screens.

i have bad asthigmatism and only crisp white backgrounds make it easier for me to read screens. please make a ui theme option with white background
