3rd time the city steals a PROTEST!!! Amd the #TheSilenceContiues

Is there anyone out there that's a #Lawyer (in the US) interested in organizing a class action against the city of #Portland #Oregon for violating the First #Amendment against #homeless people or do we not have the same US #Constition as everyone else?

This is clearly a protest but has been stolen once already and will be again Monday.

Welcome to the sanctuary city of #PDX where everyone else has rights unless you don't have a home because its #Illegal2BHomless in #AmeriKKKa

I want to sue for $600M (that is what they spend sweeping people) The lawyers can have half and we can house EVERYONE... problem solved.

@justbob Here's an alt-text description of the image:

This image shows a close-up of a handwritten text on lined paper, likely a pledge or oath. The writing is in red ink and appears to be somewhat messy. The text reads: "I, (1990), do solemnly affirm That I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, forein and domestic; That I will bear True faith and allegiance To The Same; and That I will obey The legal orders … Uniform Code of Military Justice." There is an ellipsis (…) after “orders” and the last line indicates the context of the writing. The paper is visible with faint blue lines running horizontally, and the background is out of focus, appearing a light brown color.

A close-up shot shows the front of a dark green tent with a white sign taped to it. The tent is pitched on a surface covered in what looks like fallen leaves and debris. The sign is rectangular and prominently displays the text: “FOURTH AMENDMENT PROHIBITS UNREASONABLE SEARCHES & SEIZURES”. The tent has a small logo on the lower right corner. The background is blurry and appears to be a wall made of brown bricks.

A green tent is set up outdoors, partially blocking a sidewalk. The tent appears to be a standard camping style tent, with a pointed roof and a visible doorway on the right side. A white sign is attached to the front of the tent, displaying the text “FIRST AMENDMENT FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY” in black capital letters. The tent is situated on a patch of grass next to a sidewalk, with a street and buildings visible in the background. The ground around the tent is covered in leaves and debris.

A close-up photograph shows a portion of a green tent with a sign posted in front of it. The tent appears to be made of a nylon or similar material and is slightly wrinkled. Written across the front of the tent in large, white, block letters is the text "STOP THE SWEEPS". A white sign is leaning against the lower portion of the tent, and it contains the following text in large, black, block letters: “EIGHTH AMENDMENT PROHIBITS CRUEL & UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT”. The photograph is taken outdoors, with blurred greenery in the background.
