Isaac Freeman@GruffHarding I'm not keen on the idea that a government can revoke citizenship, even for as vile a person as Peter Thiel. Because if they can do that to one citizen, they can do it to any of us.
But if he has to be one of us, then he has to follow New Zealand law. And we do not have to pass laws that are convenient to billionaires. We could pass laws that make it so no billionaire ever wants to be a New Zealand citizen again.

The money can be used to double the WINZ benefit for everyone in need for several years.
$20bio NZD would only just catch the Mowbrays.
$34.9bio NZD is roughly what Thiel has.
That could pay for a lot of UBI.
@isaacfreeman undstand the concept, one could argue that he broke the total scumbag clause. Therefore we are better off without him, a full refund of any bribes he paid to the previous #NationalGovernment would be fully reimbursed, it would be a small price to pay to be rid of him.
