Jeff Smith スミスHad a bottle of Taiwan Beer 18 Days unpasteurized that was bottled yesterday (after the long weekend here) and it was fabulous.
Yes it is a rice lager but to get something that was brewed a few blocks away and then put in the bottle yesterday, unpasteurized, proper cool chain, in a massive city like Taipei is a special treat.
