What's the rule about changing the clocks? Spring forward, fall into a pit of despair?

@the_etrain If your internal clock works like mine, give the earth a helping hand in further shortening/lengthening the day.

I got it backward once, due to a brain fart: "Spring back, Fall forward...?"

Considering how the time change can mess with our rhythms, it seems very apropos.
