The Wanted Detective was a surprisingly entertaining costumed detective drama during the busy CDrama summer months of 2025. An original script ( a rare breed) with tight plotting and fascinating characters.

Yes, fed up here with sequels to poor quality franchises and remakes.
I won't consider Apple, Disney, Netflix, Sky, Amazon etc at all, unless it's decently written *AND* on DVD/BD, or maybe FTA TV. Not subscription ever.
Even when they take a decent novel they make a mess of it. Especially Disney, serially corrupting stories since 1937. Sleeping Beauty animation a travesty. The writer of Mary Poppins wanted nothing more to do with them ever,
