I've been there all three days and it was really fun. The sticker hunt had me engrossed most of the weekend.
Even though saturday was sold out, it was not too full. I had some time, where I needed to sand on the side for a bit, but that was no problem. There was plenty of empty space and sitting locations.
Another thing I really appreciated were the dressing rooms for cosplayers!
All in all people were all so nice!
I also spent way too much on art.
