For the very first time I just installed my first Arch distro after using Ubuntu for like 15 years...

Anybody want to share some hints, pitfalls and best practices?

@pipe_dreams I need to read Arch wiki a lot. Please prepare to handle some unexpected instability, e.g. reading news from Arch’s official website. BTW, I haven’t use Arch Linux for years. Maybe the stability problem has been improved for some degree nowadays.

Thank you all for your kind advice.

I will read the fucking manual and be careful about updates. I'll also back up my system partition regularly.

I will also by shoes with arch support to be sure.

It is a #CachyOS btw. First impressions are good.

@pipe_dreams follow the wiki. IMO the best resource.
