Tonight in “war ravaged” Portland… a frog brigade standing guard outside the ICE facility.
Trump says there’s “nowhere worse than Portland”… and the frogs magically multiply.
They’re showing that he’s not only a liar, but Portland is still safe, still weird and still full of people resisting.
@broadwaybabyto there are snipers on that roof, in full swat gear, pointing guns at those frog suits. And every second that they do is another second that those guns are not pointed at peaceful grannies with protest signs exercising their constitutional right to free speech in regards to the actions of our government.
Those frogs are HEROES, with balls of steel. Facing down STORMTROOPERS. Making them look like idiots.
@Urban_Hermit @broadwaybabyto I easily believe they have guns. Looking closely I'm not very sure that they are snipers. Only one seems to be aiming, and without any tripod or support to steady their aim.
Probably aren't all that concerned if they shot "the wrong person."

Decades ago I worked security in downtown Portland and came in on the bus. I only had to walk through 2 protests, but in both cases, looking up, you could see faces and rifle barrels poking over the ledges of high roofs. Snipers, in case of violence, were protocol.
But those were well trained FBI. They were much higher up, had good communication and surveillance, and were not selected from a pool of paranoid, political, gun nuts.
Being seen was a deterrence.
