omarchy, a set of configuration files for arch, is curated by a well-known white supremacist named heinemeier-hansson^[also known for his other works]; as to hyprland, it’s a project led by an edgelord arsehole who doesn’t shy from insulting a blind programmer, and happily allows queerphobes in his community.
