Glenn Seto@Alice_Swaggen I have, if anything, only milder arachnophobia, so it's hilarious to me how the image fell well inside my tolerance levels, but the info that it jumps still made me go "hell no!" 😂🫶
@glennseto I don’t know if it helps but I have a cute story about jumping spiders jumping.
I was photographing a jumping spider once and it was so curious about me that it kept jumping on my hand but every time it landed on me it freaked itself out and yeeted itself away but it kept being curious and repeatedly trying again anyway.
I imagine if it had the ability to vocalise it would’ve sounded hilariously cartoonish.
@Alice_Swaggen That is adorable! My cats have a thing about not wanting to sit on bare human legs, so maybe our relatively hairless skin just feels utterly freakish to a lot of other animals.
@glennseto hahaha I had a cat like that too she loved to sit on jeans but bare legs? Absolutely not! I do wonder if the spider was doing that too 🤣
