Let me guess: this has been made starting from an almost completely sharp image, right? Otherwise I can't explain the perfectly round out-of-focus patches. I don't know of any lens like that. And maybe the starting image itself was produced by focus stacking? The result is beautiful, but there must have been a lot of manipulation going on (including some AI sharpening, I would say, judging by the mushrooms' lamellae).
