27000 km #pedelec upgrades:

- replaced seatpost #canecreek thudbuster (from 2018) due to worn bushings with an #airwings expleto travel
- replaced the stock handlebar stem with an adjustable higher #byschulz Stem Alpha Pro SDS
- all new brake pads, new front brake disk = its possible to completely block the wheels to the point where the rear wheel lifts from the ground again
- fixed the front light (contact spray)
- added clickfix handlebar bag/box mounting point

So far I really like the Airwings seatpost and the byschulz handlebar stem. Great comfort upgrade.

Todo:
- replace battery contact
- add voltage converter to 5V
- add thumb switch and 2nd front light adjusted for longer distance
- add USB outlet
- replace front disk brake hydraulic line with a longer one for more adjustment of the
- replace derailleur cable

@stereo4x4 don‘t throw the thudbuster away. There is a repairkit including tools from Canecreek on the market! Easy repair. Instruction video from canecreek available. Just google it. Sell the repaired TB, or use it!

With thr gt3 st, the bushings wear out and move to the side/fall out. I noticed that and added bolts with self-locking nuts which worked nice for maybe 5000-10000 km. But now the bushings are worn so badly that its unusable (sideways movement). I had a cover on it the full time...

The rebuild kit is just a set of new bushings and screws with preapplied locktite for 40 bucks which I think is quite expensive for what I get - and it does not fix the issue that I need to be concerned about the bushings falling out at some point.

Im not sure if I will invest an afternoon turning new bushings on the lathe or will just buy the rebuild kit... I got another bike that can use the thudbuster so I will not dump it for sure.
