Harry Litman is thoroughly enjoying the Trump administration's self immolation over the Albrego Garcia and James Comey cases. In both cases, and probably many more to come, the administration has shown absolute evidence of *Selective Prosecution*, or what is colloquially known as vindictive prosecution. That's where the legal system states outright that it is going after someone and then does so, in the face of conflicting evidence or common sense.
The best thing? In both cases they are (thus far) seeking depositions from the Administration;people like Trump, Bondi, Patel and others would have to sit for depositions.
No chance for Bondi to ignore questions and denigrate the asker, no chance for Trump to wander off script, no chance for Patel to claim conspiracies.
They, if they happen, will be fun to watch.
