I see so much gaslighting of people who are struggling to find jobs at junior and mid-level cybersecurity by folks who got their last job or first job before 2023. It's unreal and uncalled for. @hacks4pancakes and such absurd recommendations to tweak applications with LLMs - which has caused a full 360 trust collapse (am not in cybersecurity- but I guess it’s the same there as well)
