Skepticism is justified, since we haven't seen any Democratic POTUS recognize the #ICC before.

Despite a world war that cost 90 million lives, $4 trillion dollars, & the UK just paid off its war debts in 2006, there has been no meaningful effort to criminalize fascist threat funding by the wealthy.
