Ukraine needs to study the water supply to the Russian NPPs and bomb that supply so emergency measures need to be taken to prevent a run-away reaction. Not different to what the Russians did to ZNPP to take it off-line. The Russians also bombed the dam at another NPP. An eye for an eye.
